Mzana Mthimkhulu was born in 1954 at Mpilo Hospital. He grew up in Bulawayo and Kadoma. Currently he is a human resources practitioner at Dunlop in Bulawayo. His short stories and social commentaries have appeared in several newspapers, magazines and short story collections in Zimbabwe and South Africa. Mzana is married and has three children. Mzana was published in Writing Now (2005).
